Wonderful Day for Doggy Swim and the Heritage Humane Society!

More than one hundred people and almost as many dogs participated in the Annual Doggy Swim and Fundraiser for the Heritage Humane Society this year. The event was co-sponsored by Williamsburg Realty and Lennar at Colonial Heritage.
Ellen Smith Gajda, Owner/Broker of Williamsburg Realty, presented Kim Laska, Director of the Heritage Humane Society, with a check for $2,000 during the event that concludes the community’s summer swim season.
The Heritage Humane Society is just one of the many groups and charities Williamsburg Realty supports. In addition to the multiple drives initiated during the year by the Williamsburg Association of REALTORS® through its Outreach Committee to help area adults in need and school-age students, Williamsburg Realty has also supported cancer research through Relay for Life, TISH research for Multiple Sclerosis, the Williamsburg Seniors Softball League, the Kiwanis Club and Knights of Columbus.
