Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance 2016 Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 3rd Celebrate the Parade’s 50th Anniversary. 8-10:30 AM, Richmond Road & Merchants Square

Williamsburg Symphony Holiday Pops Concert at the Kimball Theatre on Saturday, Dec. 3rd & Sunday, Dec. 4th 1:30 & 3 PM concerts both days

Colonial Williamsburg’s Grand Illumination on Sunday, Dec. 4th Colonial Williamsburg’s kick-off for the holiday season! Enjoy entertainment at the Capitol, Magazine & Palace Green from 5-7 PM. At 7 PM, watch the fireworks at the Capitol, Magazine and Palace Green.

Visit Busch Garden’s Christmas Town See the lights; enjoy the entertainment, dining and thrill of the rides. Do some shopping, meet some of your favorite characters and visit Santa’s Workshop. Dec. 2nd-4th, 9th-24th, 26th-Jan. 2nd

Liberty’s Ice Pavilion, Family & Friends ice skating fun on Duke of Gloucester Street in Merchants Square Now through Feb. 20th, 2017; Mon.-Thurs., 12 PM – 8 PM, Fridays 12 AM – 10 PM and Weekends 10 AM -10 PM

Events throughout the Christmas season

Take a stroll through Colonial Williamsburg and see all the beautiful decorations. You can also purchase tickets for Colonial Williamsburg’s Christmas Decorations Walking Tour at the Lumber House ticket Office to learn more about creating the Colonial décor.

Head back in time and try out a different form of transportation — either Colonial Williamsburg’s 18th century Ox Wagon rides at the Palace Green or the Red Carriage rides at the Greenhow Hitching Post. Both operate most days, check Colonial Williamsburg daily schedule for day & times. Tickets are required.
