‘Places to Love’ Episode Highlights the Historic Triangle

Would you like to know a little more about Virginia’s Historic Triangle?  If so, turn on your television and tune in to Samantha Brown’s upcoming “Places to Love” episode on the Public Broadcast System (WHRO in Southeast Virginia) about the history of Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown.

Brown, who has spent decades traversing continents to offer insights to the various lands, people and cultures of the world, begins her journey here at Jamestown, home of the first permanent English colony in America and the capital of Virginia until 1699. In nearby Williamsburg, she explores this living history collection of colonial living that recreates and tells the story of the rise of this powerful Virginia colony. She concludes her program with a visit to the Yorktown battlefield and the American Revolution museum.
