Food & Wine Festival Underway at Busch Gardens

Food & Wine Festival Underway at Busch GardensVirginia’s largest Spring Food & Wine Festival is underway at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg. Celebrating the Festival’s 10th year, the festivities began April 27th and ends on June 11th with 150 international flavors at 16 themed food and beverage locations throughout the park. Forty new offerings and a rotating menu of returning favorites can be found at the all-new Decade of Delights location. Decade of Delights will feature a new menu lineup each week, highlighting the top tastes of the past 10 years, from specialty beverages to desserts.

Busch Gardens is also unveiling a new rollercoaster ride this Spring. DarKoaster™ is being heralded as North America’s first all-indoor straddle coaster. Traveling on snowmobiles across 2,454 feet of track, daring explorers will race to evade a raging storm and possible supernatural forces. Riders will encounter four accelerating launches on this family-friendly dark ride experience.

By the way, if you haven’t heard, Busch Gardens is going cashless. As of May 11, the park started transitioning to cashless operations at all locations including restaurants, retail stores, games, ticket windows, and parking toll plazas.

If you don’t have a payment card, they have you covered. Just stop by one of their Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout the park to transfer your cash (free of charge) onto a Visa prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
